In the University of Mary Nursing Leadership and Management ADN to MSN degree program, you will gain a strong background in healthcare business concepts that emphasize leadership in the context of advanced nursing practice in healthcare. As part of your program of study, you will have the opportunity to identify and partner with a healthcare organization and nursing leader to take part in a clinical experience.

The ADN to MSN degree in nursing leadership and management is offered as an accelerated on-site degree program in selected cities and is also offered as an accelerated online ADN to MSN program.

The University of Mary was founded by Benedictine sisters with a long history of leadership and service in the field of nursing. The ADN to MSN Nursing Leadership and Management degree program offers students opportunities to:

Course Requirements

The Nursing Leadership and Management ADN to MSN degree includes a broad spectrum of courses covering: management and organizational behavior, evidence-based practice and strategic healthcare decision making, finance and budgeting, human resource management, and more.

This master’s degree program also includes a capstone service project that involves integrating nursing and management theory in a practical application.

In the ADN to MSN program, students complete a total of 500 hours of practical leadership experiences as part of the coursework.

Graduation Requirement or Transfer Course Equivalent

Students must complete or transfer in credit with the letter grade of a C or better for the following courses:
